update query special characters

what is the trick to escaping a line like this :

lslpp -lc '*sysback*' | grep -v license|tail +2


my attempted query is the following:

update software set software_command =
'{lslpp -lc '*sysback*' | grep -v license|tail +2}'
where software_name = 'Sysback';


The Error

ERROR at line 2:
ORA-00904: "SYSBACK": invalid identifier
