Update process not updating table in APEX

Hi All,

    Using APEX 5.1.1 with universal theme. I have a page and a process defined on that page to update a table when the page is submitted.

However, I tried submitting the page and the table does not get updated.

Wondering if I have to issue a commit command at the end as well.

Am I missing something. Please advise.
