Update Oracle Linux 6.5 from ULN without internet connections

Hi ,

I plan to have a few servers installed with oracle linux , but the servers will not have Internet connection.

Is it possible to update Oracle Linux Servers from ULN without Internet connection

Can I download the updated RPM packages as iso from ULN and install them manually on the servers
