Update Application Scope > Requires new whitelisting by Cerner client?

Hi there,

We have been whitelisted by our Cerner client. If we update our API scope in Cerner Code Console or Cerner Sandbox, does our client need to put in another SR to Cerner to have us whitelisted again in order to use these new APIs with them? We are workin gwith them to expand our scope to write back Communicaiton and Messages.
