Update an XML

Hi,

i'm lokking for an easy approach to move an element to another element in a XML structure. In detail i should move (copy and afterwards delete the source element) the element /FATCA_OECD/FATCA/ReportingFI/FilerCategory to the appropriate sponsors (/FATCA_OECD/FATCA/ReportingGroup/Sponsor/). In the attachment i have a test xml file and the appropriate schema files. Accordingly to my test file there should be moved the FilerCategory FATCA609 to the both sponsors below and FilerCategory FATCA601 to the only one sponsor below.

Has somebody an idea?
