From a Policy Modelling interview, is it possible to add another thread of information (collected during the interview) to an EXISTING incident?
Even better - is there a way a customer can enter an incidnet number and - for example - the subject of the incident be returned, to verify they're about to update the correct incident?
On the “Mapping Settings” screen, seems it's only possible to Create a new incident.
Any tips would be hugely appreciated. Hopefully the Oracle @richard-napier1 may know!
