unzipa file in AIX

Hi,

I am working in AIX 5.3. How do I unzip a .zip file in AIX.
I tried

# gunzip -d B24939-01.zip
gunzip: B24939-01.zip: unknown suffix -- ignored

Please help me to solve this.
