Unzip files in windows or Unzip them in Linux

Hello,
I am doing a Linux BIApps installation. Pls. is there any recommendation regarding:
a) Unzip zip files in windows and then move the installer to Linux to proceed with installation ?
b) Move the zip files to Linux and unzip them in Linux ?

Pls. any pros or cons ? Something to be aware of ?
