Unsupported datatype in Live SQL: st_geometry(st_point(1, 2, 26917).geom)

Regarding Oracle Live SQL (livesql.oracle.com):

select st_geometry(st_point(1, 2, 26917).geom) from dual

[unsupported data type]

Question:
Why does that query result in an [unsupported data type] error?
