Unsubscribe link in subscribed report email is not working

Dear all,

I subscribed to a report for testing purpose, I received the report via email, but the unsubscribe link points to a unknown url,

https://nrmnokslm42:8443/ords/f?p=4155:200:0:::200:P200_ID,P200_EMAIL:1435092342887540443,Yawei.lee@usps.gov&p_lang=en

and I clicked the link, it does not unsubscribe me.

is there an fix for this?
