Hi oracle developer this is a post related to my other post but now i have know the cause of it:

After further investigation i realize my issue is related to this https://forums.oracle.com/ords/apexds/post/cannot-use-content-row-error-message-failed-to-execute-chan-2331
I follow the suggestion from that post and tried to restore the theme which gave me this error
I also try to unsubscribe from the template and it gave me this error
