Unshared worksheets

some of my co-workers are used to having several unshared worksheets with Toad, I found they can use Ctrl+Shift+N to open such unshared worksheets in SQL Developer 1.5, but it's not very handy for some of them who are not keen on keyboard shortcuts :P, is there a way to open an unshared worksheet using the GUI (a button or a menu)?
If not, what about adding this as a checkbox option on the "Select connection" dialog that pops up when choosing "Open SQL Worksheet" (both available as a button and as menu Tools --> SQL Worksheet) ?
