Unprotect the sheet

hi,

I have a excel sheet that i want to use for build rule file. That sheet seems to be protected and i want to unprotect the sheet to see how data values are represented n it. If i try to make chnages in it it says sheet might be protected

so excel cannot make any changes. How do i unprotect it to make it work for rule file building?
