unmappable character for encoding UTF-8

Hi,

I have web service client and when I try to build this client I am getting the error as follows:

unmappable character for encoding UTF-8 private final static WebServiceException GATEWAYWEBSERV?CESBEANSERV?CE_EXCEPTION;

And due to this build fails.How can I fix this?

Bytheaway I am using Netbeans 6.9.
