Unknown key spec: Invalid RSA modulus size

I hope somebody can help me with this problem:

A customer is getting the following errormessage when trying to start our program through javawebstart 1.5.0_10:

java.security.cert.CertificateParsingException: java.io.IOException: subject key, Unknown key spec: Invalid RSA modulus size

Our certificate is 1024 bit.

The same program starts fine using javawebstart 1.4.2_xx

Anybody got a hint on how to solve this problem?
