unix process related to an oracle session

Hello All

I have killed a user session but the process seems to be causing problems when the user tries the same operation.

Could there be a possiblility that it could be a process at Unix level associated with it

Could anyone guide me as how can i find the process at OS level on UNIX related to this database process which has been killed at DB level
