unique constraint violated.

HI All,
Unable to save the interface.

UN Categorized exception during repository access .unique constraint violated.

I have used IKM Oracle incremental update (merge) and CKM Oracle.

I have checked any duplicate values in primary key,There are no duplicate values in primary key.

Any ideas how to resolve this?
