Unique const.raint : on FUSION.FND_SESSION_NAMESPACES_U1 -for multi users

Performance team is getting following error :
When doing multi-user testing in ST1B4 PRJ ADF1 container, seeing following exception in log file:
[SEVERE] [ApplSessionUtil] java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException:
ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.FND_SESSION_NAMESPACES_U1) violated
