Union of 2 reports having group by at different level

Hi all,

Please help me as this is very urgent requirement.

I have a union of 2 reports in which one report calculates the employees who have moved from Business Group to other business group with percentage also (IN %=IN/TOTAL) and in other report which calculates the employees who have moved out of the Business Group with OUT percentage(OUT/TOTAL)

Now in one report i m grouping by business group(Business Group Code) which is coming from Dimension but for the other report i m grouping by a column in fact which is From_business.

Issue is that in second report i dnt have total employee so OUT % is not getting calculating correctly.

Please help me out in this regard.
