Uninstalling Previous version of Oracle Provider

Hi!, I have an Oracle NET client installed on my PC (windows 2000 professional SP3) and I'm trying to connect through OLE DB to an Oracle 8i server on another PC (Windows 2000 server) I downloaded Oracle Provider for OLE DB, but I read I have to uninstall previous versions of OLE DB providers....how can I do that? I couldn´t get any info about this.
