Uninstalling Java and Netbeans

In order to develop software for a mobile device I installed...

jdk-6u14-nb-6_5_1-windows-ml.exe
sun_java_wireless_toolkit-2.5.2_01-win.exe
netbeans-6.5.1-ml-java-windows.exe

... onto my machine. This worked fine until a problem occured when I decided to uninstall everything and try again.

The problem is that I can not unistall NetBeans as this requires Java to be installed and I can not fully unistall or reinstall Java as 'Add Remove Programs' for ... Java(TM) SE Developmment Kit 6 Update 1.4 ... links requires an MSI and CAB file which no longer exists.

I have thought of reinstalling Java, uninstalling NetBeans, then uninstalling Java (before starting again) but if I run ... jre-6u14-windows-i586.exe ... I am told that Java is already installed and, even if I ask it to continue, this message keeps on appearing.

Is there anyway I can uninstall Netbeans and Java cleanly?
