Uninstall OSB clients

We lost the adminserver for OSB. I had several clients connected to the Administrative domain. After reinstalling rhel 4 and adminserver on the same machine I cannot connect the old hosts. I get a error

cannot connect to OB host <machine name> - failed to validate certificate.

I have tried to run the installation again.
And I have tried to run obinstallob. but neither work
