Oracle Database Discussions

I tried to use the installer with the database, forms and reports to remove the programs. Both appended before a complete uninstall. So I checked the forums and found a message that read as follows:

"using regedit go to \hkey_local_machine\software\oracle and remove the entire folder. You can also remove anything under the oracle_home which was created in the install \orant ? "

So I deleted the "oracle" key in the registry, then re-booted and deleted files in my "c:\oracle" directory. The problem now is that some of the DLL are still in use and can NOT be un-installed? Any ideals how to eliminate the use of these DLL to delete the remainder of the directory structure?
