uninstall old version

I hope I am in the right place to post...I was chased from another section because I posted my question there not realizing it was the wrong section.
I need some help. I use the Secunia PSI program. It scans your programs and flags any that are insecure, EOL, not patched ect. It has flagged old versions of Java. I cannot find a way to uninstall one of these old Java programs, and would like to remove it because it is not secure.
I was told at the other topic section to include my OS info, which is listed below, and includes the most recent version of Java that I have installed:

Java Runtime Environment 1.6.0 Installed http://java.sun.com/update/1.6.0/jinstall-1_6_0_04-windows-i586.cab

OS Name Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600
System Model D845GVS1
System Type X86-based PC
Processor x86 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 1 GenuineIntel ~2667 Mhz
BIOS Version/Date Intel Corp. VA84510A.86A.0052.P19.0503162333, 3/16/2005
SMBIOS Version 2.3
Windows Directory C:\WINDOWS
System Directory C:\WINDOWS\system32

I did manage to uninstall one old version of java. Using the Secunia program I opened the file and found 'uninstall' on the list.
But, I still have another old version that Secunia is listing in it's scan.
I opened the folder, but it doesn't list an 'uninstall'.
It is ---- Java Web Start 1.2.0_07
j2re1.4.1_07
The dates on all the folders & sub folders for this version are 2005

By the way...this old version of Java is not in my Add/Remove, but it's listed in my system information, and the Secunia program still has it flagged (the old version I uninstalled is no longer listed, but this one is still flagged)

Can someone please help me with this? I don't know much about the techical things, but I can follow instructions. I have searched for a way to uninstall the old version, spent a lot of time browsing the Sun java site & forums, and still have no idea how I can remove the old versions.
If I have to, I can also remove the newest version, then install it again.

Thank you for your help. I hope this time I am in the right topic section.
