Uninstall of JWS application not working with Add/Remove Programs(offline)

Hello,

I recently found a problem with the uninstall feature in Add/remove programs of JWS application. It is giving sleepless nights to me.

Scenario:

If the user installs a Java web start application through web or CD. If the user does not have connectivity to server(where the application is hosted) and if he tries to uninstall the application from the Add/Remove Programs in control panel. The application is not getting uninstalled. (we can see the shortcuts on the desktop and the application Jar's in the Cache) but we can uninstall from the Java Cache Viewer even if the user is not connected to server.

This is a show stopper for me . Any help would be greately appreciated.
