Uninstall and Install Oracle and APEX in Linux(Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS)

Currently,, i using Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS, i want install Oracle and APEX, but i don't know install version for appropriate?

Before i using Oracle 12c and APEX 5.0 for Windows, but don't I apply version that for Ubuntu current ?

And can you help me how to install Oracle and Apex in Ubuntu?
