This request is about having an Out of the Box Characteristic Search portal in CCB/C2M/CCS based on an Entity selection and additional fields applicable to Characteristic Search.
Most customers use Characteristics on different CCB/C2M/CCS entities to tag customers differently or group them based on different business process needs. With this portal, they can query out account/customers based on a given Char Type/Char Value as per the business needs.
With the portal and export capability it will help meet business needs OOB with quick turn around time and help day-to-day business operations, rather than querying the database and generating a report which can be a time consuming process.
