Unicode/font problem in oracle discoverer administration

hey

I have upgrade my system to windows 7 (from windows xp)

now im having Unicode/font problem in oracle discoverer administration

i don't see any Hebrew text (my business area names are in Hebrew )

in xp i had the same problem a few years ago and i set the regedit 1252 parameter to c_1255.nls and it worked

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Control\Nls\CodePage (in this folder)

so i did the same thing in windows 7 and im still getting the same problem .

my discoverer version is 3.1.36.06 (yes i know it's old)
