Unicode and HKSCS support for 9iLite on PPC2003

A previous thread in this forum metioned that 9iLite only supports single national character set.

I have in my Oracle 9i server database mixed Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Hong Kong (HKSCS) characters in Unicode PUA in UTF-8. In my server programs they are processed in UTF16.

What can I do to replicate these data to the 9iLite on PPC2003? If only single national character set can be support, I can reduce the set to BIG5 with HKSCS and drop the Simplified Chinese which appears only in a handful of fields. Is there a code page that I can use to support BIG5 with HKSCS based on the 2001 version?
