Unexplicable???

I have two text files which are identical, I am reading from them in one i get an StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 13 and in the other it compiles ok:

the text file that gives me the exeption is:

0100000000000

the one that compiles is:

1000111000000

to me they are identical ? can sum1 point out the obvious before I make state this in unexplicable!!
