We are experiencing an unexpected system behavior where updating the Work Email of an employee via the Security Console results in an automatic change to the Work Mobile Phone field within the Person Management > Person > Communication Methods screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Security Console and update the Work Email address of an employee.
2. Go to Person Management > Person > Communication Methods.
3. Observe that the Work Mobile Phone value has been altered. Specifically, the phone number, which is typically displayed with a separated prefix and number (e.g., +972 | 54XXXXXXX), is now compressed into a single field without the usual formatting.
