UNDOTBS1 DB Tablespace is almost full, Please help

Dear Gurus,

I require your quick help.

I have a live database of Oracle 10g. I just found one of the tablespace "UNDOTBS1" is 95%. There is another tablespace "UNDOTBS2" which useud only 0.02%.

At morning "UNDOTBS1" used space was 83% and at evening it was 95%. I am worried once it reaches 99% whether database activities will be greatly hampared!!!

should i require to increase the tablespace UNDOTBS1 immediately?

Please also help what is this tablespace used for?
