Undo Tablespace is growing so fast, why?

ArmandoAlvarezJul 5 2013 — edited Jul 11 2013

We have a data base than in the last days it started to throwing errors while trying to insert records on DB, the error is 'ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 8 in undo tablespace 'MW_RBS'.

I've read on internet to add another file, to make UNDO_MANAGEMENT=AUTO, and other stuff but the table space is filled so fast (1 day is filled up to 33GB) , now it has 3 files of 33GB and 3 new files of 3GB but it isn't the solution. How can I identify the reason why the tablespace UNDO is growing so fast? what commands can I run to test it?  I will apreciate your help so much. If you need screenshots of the output from some sentences just ask me.

Regards, thanks a lot.
