Undo tablespace

FROM v$session a, v$transaction b
WHERE a.saddr = b.ses_addr
ORDER BY b.used_ublk DESC
result:

SID,USERNAME,USED_UREC,USED_UBLK
866,"RASSA",24751,817
--------------
result is variable between 8000 to 29000
and i have not any transaction and i see my undotablespace growing and i get more wait and switch log occurred any 1 minute
( i have only select no DML)
please help me
