Undo drop user cascade

Hi, not realizing that I have vital information in a schema, I droped a user with command "drop user cascade".
Since oracle 10g xe does not have fashback utility, and I dont have any backup. I was wondering If there is a way to recover some stored procedures that exists under the deleted schema since I have the dbf file asociated with the droped user default tablespace.
