I apologize if this has been asked previously...
We have empowered our Campaign Managers to help with data integrity going into Eloqua. When we finish an event where we collect contact information, we have our campaign managers put the data into a pre-formatted excel file for upload. Most of the time this works flawlessly. Unfortunately there are times where we get a "Syntax Error" with no report of what is causing the error or how to fix. When you double click the error, it brings you back to the beginning of the process.
Can we get a way to determine what the error is so we can address it?
