Underline and bold text

If I set the style="font-size:25px;" in the HTML Form Element Attributes . In the source value or expression when I try and use the html tag <u> for underline it changes the font size to very small. Would anyone know how I can underline the text and keep it the same font size? I'm having the same problem with the bold tag it reduces its size
