Underline a letter in a particular text.

Hi,

I am using JDeveloper 11.1.1.3.0 . I need to underline a letter in a text , say like hello . There is a property "decoration" in inline style but that underline the entire text and not a particular letter in the text. Can someone suggest me as how to underline a letter in the text . I want to underline a particular letter in the text . What should i do? Can someone suggest me ?
