Unbound Variable Error during SQL*Net Install

When trying to install the SQL*Net Client 2.3.2.1.4 I am getting an error "Unbound Variable 'the_customer_name'". This occurs during the 'Recording Company Name' phase of installation. I can get no further in the install after that. Can anyone tell me why this error occurs and how I would solve the problem that is causing it?
