Unavle to Create a Servlet

i am using netbeans 6.9
i am unable to create a sevlet in it...
when i right click on project name and go to new option,, there is no servlet option it..
i selected other option from there,, but there is no web folder there from where i could select servlet option...

i really appriciate for help...
