unable to view other user's scheduled jobs in object/connection browser

using Version 4.1.3.20 Build MAIN-20.78

When trying to view another user's scheduled jobs in the object browser it is not possible to see it (no jobs listed in the jobs-folder) ?

when browsing the dba_scheduler_jobs the job shows :

We do not understand why it isn't possible to view other user's scheduled jobs in the object browser?
