Unable to view Canvas

Hi,

A custom form is registered in Apps 11.5.10.2.

I want to make some changes to it.But when i access the canvas i get a form designed error which gives two options either to send the error details to Microsoft or Not to send.

Which ever i click the form builder closes.

It happens only with one specific canvas in the form.Other canvas i am able to access.

Please advice how to overcome this problem.
