We are on EBS 12.1.3 and 11.2.0 rdbms.
After the must recent patching with Jan-2015 CPUs we are Unable to upload saved Journal Template Excel files into Oracle Web ADI. Old templates don't work anymore; we created new templates using the Journal Wizard, saved the new template and then an attempt to upload doesn't show us the "Add-Ins" & "Oracle" menus. Looking at the Excel, under Add-Ins tap, the oracle icon is not there as expected.
One of the patches in question is 10108052 - OFF10CERT:ONE OFF PATCH REQUIRED FOR BUG 9967127 FOR 12.1.3 - is the only one in questions but solution offered in doc "Unable To Create Webadi Templates In Office 2010 [ID 1238663.1]" doesn't seem to resolve the issue.

What could have affected the Display of my "Add-Ins" in excel 2010?
