Unable to update database while in read only mode for backup

Hi All,

When im deleting the members for dimendsion , its giving error (FCCS)
Error: 1013231 Unable to update database while in readonly mode for backup , IItried to import application in this instance and it was got failed and no backups running on back. I restarted the services also but no luck. How can i solve this problem ,plz can any one help on this
