Unable to truncate or delete or drop a table

Hi ,

We are unable to drop or delete or truncate table in a schema using schema account. We could perform these actions on the rest of the tables.

When i tried to perform these actions on issue table then it keeps running forever without error or without response...

Your suggestions are most welcome....
