Unable to the see downloads for SOA in Update Center

I have JDeveloper having version 11.1.1.9.0 as shown in the enclosed screenshot for reference.

The problem I am facing is I am unable to download Oracle SOA Composite Editor and BPM Studio, no downloads or updates are displayed in the Help-->Updates despite the fact that Oracle Fusion Middleware Products and Official Oracle Extensions and Updates are selected; please see the enclosed screenshot for reference.

What could be the reason for this?
