Unable to telnet it

Hi,
Right now, I'm to telnet that database within the machine but I've got this
fig2.jpg - 4shared.com - photo sharing - download image

Here is what I've got when telnetting the database's machine name

Here is what I've got when telnetting the primary IP of that machine

What should I do?
