We are trying to configure the standard process in switching Between Internal to External Authentication in ODI.
We are receiving an error ODI-24004: There are no supervisor accounts in the ODI repository with matching entries in the identity store. Please provide a suitable supervisor account
Exactly mentioned same symptom as per the note Doc ID 1555005.1. I check there is no extra characters in the name also I have 4 users with supervisor privileges.
The LDAP version we are trying to switch to external is LDAP – Active Directory
Build ODI_11.1.1.7.0_GENERIC_130302.2156. We are using with Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.9.2
Any help on the above is greatly appreciated.
