Hi,
Version is apex.oracle.com
The page has file browse item and submit button and there are no actions in the page.
I am trying to submit the page when file is selected for file browse item but could not be able to submit page.
But able to submit page when the file is not selected for file browse item.
The same issue is with 19.2 version as well.
Kindly advise, what could be the issue and solution for the same.
