Unable to start Weblogic Server

Hi All,

When i am trying to start the Weblogic Server through command prompt it's not able to start out the server. I have been also trying to start the server through the domain which i have created for weblogic from there also it is performing the case. can anybody help out of how to get rid of this problem with out de installing the server and re-installing it once again.

FYI.... at last it is saying the that is ForceShuttingDown the server.
